Mission

Il principale obiettivo del nostro sodalizio è quello di ricostruire il caso nella sua interezza, definire la
corretta e completa linea temporale di tutti gli eventi considerati negli atti, stabilire un contatto diretto con
le persone coinvolte nel caso ed ascoltare tutti i testimoni disponibili e, in ultimo, indicare i possibili
accertamenti che si possono ancora compiere per ottenere Verità e Giustizia.
Riformulare, perfezionare, trovare nuovi elementi indiziari e/o reinterpretare/approfondire precedenti
elementi già acquisiti può indubbiamente rappresentare la chiave di volta per arrivare alla soluzione
concreta e definitiva di un caso irrisolto, a prescindere dal tempo trascorso rispetto ai fatti.
Riaprire un caso irrisolto significa in primis ricominciare da dove tutto si è concluso con il supporto delle
nuove scoperte tecnologiche che hanno riguardato numerose Scienze Forensi (come la genetica, la
Bloodstain Pattern Analysis, la Criminalistica applicata, etc.).
I principali casi di cronaca giudiziaria in questi anni ci hanno dimostrato che l’accertamento della verità non
è soggetto a nessun vincolo temporale e geografico. È sempre possibile dare un nome e un volto ad un
assassino e rendere giustizia alla vittima o scagionare un innocente.

The main purpose of our association is to reconsider the whole case by way of its complete
reconstruction, starting with the setting of the most accurate timeline of all the events being
investigated, establishing contact with the people involved in the case, listening to all the willing
witnesses, and, if the case may be, indicate the possible verifications that can still be carried out to
obtain Truth and Justice.
Reformulating, refining, finding new evidence or reinterpreting, deepening elements already
acquired can undoubtedly represent the keystone to conclusively come to a solution of the case,
no matter how much time has elapsed since the commission of the crime.
Reopening an unsolved case means first of all starting over from where it all ended, with the
support of the advances and improvements achieved in recent years by Forensic Sciences (such as
Genetics, Bloodstain Pattern Analysis, applied Criminalistics, etc.).
A great number of such cases in recent years have shown us that the assessment of the truth is
not subject to any temporal and geographical constraint. It is always possible to give a name and a
face to a murderer and to do justice to victims or to exonerate an innocent person.


